ACV (apple cider vinegar) is effective for helping with so MANY THINGS from your skin, your hair, your house, to even your pets! It would seem that almost anyone and anything can benefit from its qualities! But what are some alternative ways to CONSUME ACV? Well, in this video and below I'm going to share with you 5 ways to consume ACV for better health.
When purchasing ACV make sure you are selecting a raw, organic, unfiltered, and unpasteurized, apple cider vinegar that contains the MOTHER. The mother is what makes this liquid so AWESOME in all it can do. And believe it or not ACV is so much more than a salad dressing or marinade ingredient.
And while apple cider vinegar has a long history as a home remedy, used to treat everything from a sore throat to varicose veins, there’s not much science to support the claims. However there is no shortage of PERSONAL CLAIMS from individuals who swear by ACV and all the wonderful things it can do.
Here are some of the benefits associated with consuming APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:
Can Help Lower Glucose Levels
Promotes Healthy Gut Bacteria & Regulate Candida
Helps Reduce Gas/ Bloating
Relieves Symptoms of Heartburn
Promotes Alkalinity
May Help Lower Cholesterol

Now most of the studies done on the correlation between ACV and weight loss has been done on animals and here is what those studies have shown:

Here is MY FAVORITE salad dressing recipe:
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 c acv
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp honey
1/3 cup avo oil OR EVOO
salt & pepper
Use in marinades for chicken & fish
Add to your chicken soup when you are sick . . . Seriousll!
Another favorite of mine is a glaze I make to use on fresh roast veggies. Here it is . . .
***Mix ACV with a bit of honey & about 15 mins before veggies are done drizzle them with this mixture & finish roasting about another 5 minutes.
